MaryJane Shepherd, MD is an internal medicine hospitalist at the University of Utah Hospital and Common Spirit Holy Cross Jordan Valley Hospital. She grew up in Orem, Utah, and received her undergraduate degree in Physiology and Developmental biology from Brigham  young University. She earned her doctorate degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and completed her internal medicine residency at Penn State Health Milton Hershey Medical Center. As an internist, her interests include women's health, medical education, and diabetes research.
