Dr. Jordan Braunfeld was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He majored in biology at Georgetown University before returning home to obtain his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He then completed Internal Medicine residency at the University of Maryland. He has been interested in influenza and other respiratory viruses since medical school. Dr. Braunfeld completed his fellowship in June 2023 and moved to LA to work with the CDC for 2 years as an EIS officer, with the plan to continue working in public health. 

 Dr. Snehal Bansod is originally from Pune, India. After completing medical school at Ryazan State I. P. Pavlov Medical University in Russia she moved back to India to work as a physician where she developed an interest in infectious diseases. She completed her internal medicine residency in Queens, New York and is excited to pursue her infectious disease fellowship at the University of Utah. Her areas of interest include transplant infectious disease, antibiotic stewardship and tropical infectious diseases. Dr Bansod completed the fellowship program in June 2023 and accepted a position as an infectious disease physician at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Washington.

Dr. Vanessa Wormser is originally from Santa Monica, California. She graduated from New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine training at the University of California, San Francisco in Fresno. She moved to Utah to pursue training in Infectious Diseases and her professional interests include fungal infections and travel medicine. Since graduating from the fellowship program in June 2023, Dr Wormser has accepted a priva-academic position at Intermountain Medical Center in Utah.
