Holli Martinez Appointed to Leadership Roles for the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA)

Congratulations to Holli Martinez, FNP-BC, ACHPN, FPCN, for her appointment to President-Elect and President for the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA). She will serve as President-Elect in 2021, and President in 2022.

The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA) is a professional organization that serves and represents the specialty of palliative nursing, which includes hospice and palliative nurses. HPNA supports and engages its members through educational programs, legislative advocacy, research initiatives, and leadership training. HPNA works closely with the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation towards their common mission of advancing expert care in serious illness.

In her new role, Holli will be partnering with the CEO and the Board to provide long-term strategic guidance, facilitate meetings, appoint committees and advisory groups, promote positive organizational culture, and support the CEO and Chair. She is honored to represent the University of Utah and the HPNA membership in this leadership role.
