By Mandy Argyle

Congratulations to Dr. Manni Mohyuddin for receiving the HealthTree®Research Impact Award, recognizing his outstanding contributions to myeloma research and patient care through his Patient Preferences survey. This award includes a $5,000 grant to support the publication and dissemination of the patient-facing materials for the myeloma trial.

Dr. Manni's survey, conducted via the HealthTree®Cure Hub, gathered insights from over 800 individuals with MGUS, smoldering myeloma and multiple myeloma to understand patient preferences in clinical decision-making.

The findings aim to align treatment approaches more closely with patient values and improve shared decision-making in myeloma care. This recognition underscores Dr. Manni's dedication to patient-centered research and his commitment to enhancing the quality of care for myeloma patients.
