Cristina Bean Cristina is from Orem, Utah, and graduated from the U in 2008 with a degree in Flute Performance. After graduating, she worked in the College of Social & Behavorial Sciences for 3 and a half years. After that, she taught English online, worked for Xactware, then moved to BYU as a Manager of Training and Communications. Most recently, she returned from Spain, fulfilling her lifelong dream of moving there to teach English. She's happy to be back at the U working in the Chair's office. |

Wendy Douglas Wendy Douglas is a board-certified adult care nurse practitioner. She recieved an ADN from Utah State University and a BSN from Weber State University. Wendy completed teh adult care nurse practitioner program earning an MSN degree from the University of Utah in 2008. She [racted in the fields of cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, primary care, and palliative care. She joined the University of Utah Division of Nephrology and Hypertension and is practicing in Weber and Davis counties. Wendy is a Utah native and enjoys spending time with family outdoors. Her hobbies include hiking, cycling, and cooking. |

Matt Dungan Matthew was born in Ohio but grew up in Detroit. He graduated in 2017 from BYU with a Bachelor of Sciences in Public Health and a minor in statistics. He will earn his Masters of Public Health from the University of Utah in May 2019. Prior to working with PARCKA, Matt worked as an Enteric Disease Investigator for the Utah Department of Health and has several years of experience managing clinical research at a rural clinic in New Mexico. Matthew and his wife enjoy camping, rock climbing, rodeos, and reading a lot of good books. When he has the time, he enjoys going to minor league baseball games and local theater productions. |

Brittany Penn Brittany was born and rasied in Wausau, Wisconsin, where she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a Bachelors degree in Health Promotion/Wellness and Dance. Her background is primarily in fitness as she is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, athletic coach and dance instructor. After moving to Park City almost two years ago, she entered into the healthcare field as an Exercise Specialist in the Pulmonary Lab at the University of Utah Hospital. Brittany is joining the heart failure research team where she plans to learn and grow in this new field. When not at work, Brittany is cheering on the Green Bay Packers, backpacking in the Uintas, mountain biking with her Brittany Spaniel pup or sharing her passion for dance with students in Park City.

Stephanie Timm Stephanie was born and raised in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. She recieved her Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in Human Development & Family Studies and minored in Criminology. She worked in the healthcare field as a medical assistant for several years during college, but when she graduated, she transferred to the social services field. She realized she missesd the healthcare field and wanted to get involved in research to help work towards graduate school, and she knew the University of Utah would be the best place to go. While she loved living in Washington D.C. as part of her internship for the U.S Department of Health and Human Services, she thinks she will always end up back in Utah because of her love for all things Utah has to offer, especially hiking, mountain biking, and skiing. |

Zola Wagner Zola has recently moved from Seattle, WA and experienced her first (and very cold) winter in Utah. Prior to relocating to Salt Lake City, she worked in a clinical dermatology for five years, helping patients with treatments on anything from skin cancer, to dermatitis to acne. By taking this opportunity to move to Utah, Zola wanted to experience the other side of medicine, which is working in a labratory setting and being part of the forefront of research. In her spare time, she loves to cook and volunteer to help the homeless population. |
